Our main focus at this month's meeting was just to brainstorm ideas on how we can do even better this year. This can include businesses to approach about partnering with, events we should be present at, or even general ideas to help each other have a more successful game day! Feel free to post anything and everything you've got!

We are currently working on a social event for July and will post details as soon as we have them solidified. In the meantime in August we want to have a regular social event, and then a more informal Guild Night Out event. This is essentially just an easy excuse for us to hangout together and enjoy some good times. Where? Canal Park 300 S Main St, Akron, OH 44308 When? August, 10th @ 7:05 pm General admission tickets are $5 online and are good for sections 1 & 2 in the park which will give us plenty of room to sit near one another and hangout. Also @LifeSalubrity is excited that the Doggie Brigade for Akron Children's will be making an appearance. Again we will have another event in August that is more "gaming centric" for everyone to come and hangout at, but this will still be a fine time.

Just wanted to start a thread for us to bounce around ideas related to the team. One thing I think we might want to look at is possibly putting together a "packet" with flyers, a poster, buckslips, etc. that we could give to a business if they were interested in helping us spread the word. @Daddywarrbux was saying at the meeting last night that Toy's Time Forgot was interested in getting involved, so a place like that could take the packet and maybe put the stuff in their store.
