  16. WOOT! 2nd year for me! I'll be in Orlando from the 3rd to the 13th, so if anyone wants to meet up and hit some parks, let's do it!
  17. This year i have been noticing that the dashboard will still default to 2017. So if the Team Membership stuff is crossed out. Go to the top and use the "Event" drop down to change it to 2018. Then the options screen shot above will open up.
  18. His work and efforts wouldn't be lost. There have some big changes this year to the pages so i'm sure it's just a bug. Definitely have him email support for help!

  20. Hey there! You'll need to contact whoever is in charge of the event. Sometimes they are held at LAN centers which have all the equipment, some are bring your own. Best practice is to reach out to whoever is running it. (also, i know this is post game day but i didn't want to leave your question unanswered!) Happy Gaming!
  21. Nope! If you're the team Captain, you can go to the Team Page and click the pencil icon next to the team name to edit it. Welcome aboard!
  22. Do you have the normal donation alerts enabled? In Stream Labs, Extra Life falls under that category. You don't have to have payment information in for "regular" donations but you do need to have those alerts enabled and set up for the Extra Life ones to come through. If you are still having trouble, check about using They connect to Extra Life as well and have a separate alert system for Extra Life. I always seem to have trouble with Stream labs as well, so I've gone back to streampro. Do note, that if streampro isn't working either, they don't have support for the Extra Life alerts anymore. So, they work but if something breaks, they don't have connection to fix it.

  24. And please do this before your game day stream!!!! nothing worse than getting ready to go live and BOOM, everything is broken!
