  1. For those who enjoy Two Point Hospital, I've added a content pack on Steam! You might recognize the logo... Steam Link
  2. American Truck Simulator fans, your Extra Life delivery has arrived! YouTube Extra Life Trailer Launch Video Simply copy the .scs file into your ATS mods folder, or go to Steam and find it in the workshop: Dropbox link Happy Driving.
  3. Sorry this is so late, but you have to fully power up the mainframe with all 35 Star Cores, and you can then unlock the display case.
  4. Thank you sir! I'll drop you a line when I get it complete for a sneak peek.
  5. OK, total idiot question time here. Is it possible to get permission to use some of the Extra Life/CMN video footage (specifically a short portion of the "Thank You" video) for use in my awareness/fundraising commercial on YouTube? The video will not be monetized, and only the video portion will be used, audio will be covered by background music (rights already acquired) and my voice-over. I remember permission being given for use of the individual stories videos - at least in their entirety. I'm not sure if the Thank You video was ever a part of the overall media package, nor if permission to use partial works was given/implied. Thanks for your attention in the matter.
  6. Not exceptionally close, but I'm in the Greater New Orleans area (playing for CH-NOLA myself). If there's anything I can do, drop me an e-mail at battery_h@hotmail.com Glad to have another Louisiana gamer!
  7. As my streaming has gone on hiatus, I'm really not going to be participating this year ... in the traditional sense. However, I'm working furiously on doing a Forty Days of Farming series for my YouTube page but the time requirement is pretty huge: 3-4.5 hours gameplay, 3-4 hours of editing, song selection and adding captions, plus rendering and uploading for a 10 minute time-lapse video. I fully expect to have over 150 hours of gameplay by the time this series is complete ... on hard mode.
  8. Didn't think it implied partnership, only that the adminstrator allowed links to tha page. Alas, with the number of videos I'm posting a week, that's a few eyeballs that will miss out. Please keep us updated.
  9. Hate to revive an old thread, but this seems relavant here. Under their new system, you can link to an approved website if the administrators approve it. So, if we send a link request to our fundraising page, could that not be approved?
  10. So glad to see the southwest portion of the state getting some love, I face similar problems in NOLA. (You'd be surprised how little knowledge there is of Extra Life around here.) If I can help in any way, please don't hesitate to contact me (battery_h@hotmail.com). Some love down the I-10/I-12 corridor!
  11. What's this??? That's right, the Peterbilt 579 Stand-Up Cabin Extra Life Freight mod. (I'm currently re-working a couple of things for the day-cab.) Simply take the .scs document, and place it in your Documents/American Truck Simulator/mod folder, then enable the mod in the game. elf_pb579_su.scs
  12. Was trying to have a t-shirt made by Café Press, like last year, for my donors to sign/write messages and such. I was planning on adding a couple of coffee mugs, one to use on game-day and the other to give to someone helping, in thanks. However, Café Press has decided that the normal, unaltered Extra Life logo falls under protection enough that they're denying me use of it in any product, despite the fact that I'm doing this as a one-shot item and following the guidelines established. When I sent them a copy of the guidelines, they apparently ignored the information and sent back a form letter. They are insisting on receiving a letter indicating that I have permission to use the logo "in connection with the sale of commercial merchandise", which is exactly what I'm not trying to do. If anyone has an idea of a reputable place to go to get some one-offs done, I'd love to hear it. Unfortunately, time is short, and I don't want to go in with some text-only piece that looks like I'm working for some fly-by-night "charity" that's working for a Nigerian prince. And, thanks to Café Press ignoring any of the points I raised in responding to their initial letter, I'm closing down my 3 shops tonight. I'll be darned if I'm going to let them profit off of my designs if they can only bother with a form letter to answer someone who makes clear points in response to their initial inquiry.
  13. I don't know that "majestic" would be any way to describe anything on someone of my advancing decrepitude, but it did strain my soup nicely...
  14. I've been playing daily; and if you've missed it (and the numbers say you have), you can watch reruns of most of the days at BatteryH1862 on YouTube. Just started the game that eventually led to me moving to New Orleans; Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers.
