  17. Happy New Year! While our formal guild meetings won't begin until the spring, SaltCON has generously offered to donate booth space to recruit Extra Lifers for 2016. SaltCON is Thursday through Saturday, March 3 - 5, 2016 at the Davis Conference Center in Layton. Before I commit to this opportunity, I wanted to see how much manpower we'd have to work the booth. If you'd be interested in volunteering a few hours at SaltCON, during any of those days, to talk to people about Extra Life, please message me at kiersten.clements@imail.org.
  18. As of today Salt Lake City Extra Lifers have raised $47,595 for Primary Children's Hospital! Many thanks. We hope you all have a Merry Christmas and hope to see you online or at a guild meeting in 2016.

  20. **I thought I'd post the Extra Life communication going out today. It seems that a lot of these emails go straight to the spam folder.** Congratulations and thank you to all of the Extra Lifers who participated in National Game Day. We hope you had a blast. As of Tuesday morning, November 10, you have raised: $44,507 for the kids at Primary Children’s Hospital That is incredible and we hope you’re proud of your accomplishment. This year, we set an aggressive goal to raise $75,000 by the end of 2015. It’s still possible: 2015 Extra Life donations can be made through the end of this year. If your friends didn’t get a chance to donate, let them know that you completed the marathon and they can still make a donation to your page. If your friends said they would donate and they forgot, give them a friendly reminder. Check to see if your employer has a matching program for employee giving. Even if your employer does not have a matching program, it doesn’t hurt to ask if they would like to make a donation. We now have 683 Extra Lifers playing for Primary Children’s Hospital. Many of you registered during or after National Game Day. New Primary Children’s Extra Lifers, if you gamed for 24 hours but didn’t have a chance to fundraise or you’re still planning to do the marathon before the end of the year, you’ll make a huge difference if you share your fundraising page with your friends and family and invite them to donate. While we will continue to make every effort to reach this goal, please know how much we appreciate all of your efforts. YOU are a hero to the patients and their families at Primary Children’s Hospital.
