    Unfortunately, I will miss this meeting because I am attending the March for Science in DC. I will be with you in spirit, and rallying for government funded medical research that helps hopitals like Johns Hopkins Children's Center deliver innovative care!

    Thanks to the guys in the Extra Life Stream Team and @AndrewRDU, I am moving on as planned with streaming on location at First Friday! I could use a lot of "hands on deck" for this one as there will be a lot of moving parts to make sure this works properly. I have tested this setup in my controlled environment and have verified that video comes through clear when my PC is tethered to a cell phone. However, I noticed an issue when my cell phone goes to sleep, the Internet connection goes to a crawl as one would expect of a cellular connection in that situation, but I think I may have a solution for that. I'm really pumped for this and the only thing I'm worried about now is weather, but its looking to clear up for the stream! If you can, please help in promoting this as I'm hoping this new perspective could be really good for Extra Life (not to mention make me proud that I took this huge leap...lol)

    Wow these forums have been killing me ? I apologize for the late response, Tapatalk has been really buggy for me, I can do 4-11 on Friday and Saturday. So now we got someone in the evening. And if you want two people at the table any other time I can do another shift if needed. Thanks for all this organization Sarah! (Idk how to tag people in these comments, I hope you get this! ?

    Oh jeeze, sorry about that. The master schedule was set up at the beginning of the year by our old guild leadership, and I just assumed the days were correct. I should have double checked. Thanks for bringing that to my attention! It should now show the correct dates and times.

    Ok all. Here is the volunteer schedule thus far for ECCC. There are still plenty of spots left that we need to fill ASAP.     Can't make any predictions on how easy parking will be so give yourself plenty of time. The hotel is very close to the convention center so it won't be a long walk. Also, the initial plan was to be at the hotel but that might have changed since earlier in the week. To sum it all up, meet at the convention center and give yourself plenty of time to park.     Unfortunately, I am only now seeing this and will have to miss it. I need to figure out how to get notifications from this site moving forward. Also, I understand that PAX volunteering will be first come first serve at his meeting, but if there is space I would like to sign up for a shift as well.
