TGS 2014 Trailer for Deep Down Reveals Sci-Fi Elements

A new trailer has been revealed for Capcom's Deep Down, shedding more light on the mysterious ending of last year's teaser. 

 

 

Is... is Deep Down a game about playing as a person who is playing a video game? Maybe I'm misinterpreting the trailer, but regardless Capcom has certainly grabbed my interest.
