    Hi, I have a friend who's created an account but accidentally created his own team. Because of this, it appears he's unable to join my team. Is there any way for him to leave/delete his team so that he can join mine? Thanks in advance!

  7. Unable to Access Account

    Hi, I signed up for an account at PAX East 2015 back in March. Fast forward a few months and I'm planning on holding my first Extra Life event in October with my friends. Before I can do that, however, I need to access my account. My issue is I'm unable to access my account because I've forgotten the password for it. I've tried the reset password link and it says it's been sent but I've seen nothing in my inbox or spam folder. I've also sent an email to those in charge of Extra Life via the "contact us" page since I couldn't find an email for support but I'm not sure if that was the correct way to go about handling this issue. Since I've been able to set up an account with the forums, I'm hoping someone on here might be able to help me. Could anyone help me access my account or point me in the right direction to access my account? Thanks in advance!
